Objectives

○ Launch the official Thai Ministry of Commerce store on Tmall.HK.

○ Promote Thai latex pillows in the Chinese market, targeting premium-conscious consumers.

Scope of Work

○ Managed and optimized the Tmall Global store, ensuring premium positioning and strong eco-friendly messaging.

○ Customized Product Listings and Packaging to align with Chinese consumer preferences.
