Project Overview
Royal Umbrella aimed to expand into China’s e-commerce market via Tmall Global, leveraging social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and live-streaming to boost brand awareness and sales.
Objectives
○ Expand business operations in China through e-commerce channels.
○ Utilize Influencer Marketing and Live-streaming to enhance brand recognition and drive sales.
Scope of Work
○ Launched and managed the Tmall Global store, optimizing branding and customer service for the Chinese market.
○ Promoted products through WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and JD.com, leveraging Influencer Marketing and executing special campaigns during major festivals such as 11.11 and 12.12.
○ Ran Baidu and Weibo ads to increase brand visibility and expand the customer base.
○ Organized two Live-streaming Events featuring Mew Suppasit (renowned Thai actor) to engage Chinese consumers and boost audience interaction.
Results
Successfully expanded brand awareness in China through WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and JD.com, positioning Royal Umbrella as a premium brand via promotional campaigns on Baidu and Weibo. The Live-streaming sessions with Mew Suppasit effectively strengthened connections with the target audience.
