Project Overview
Dutchmill was available in China through distributor-operated stores featuring multiple Thai brands. However, it lacked a strong brand identity in the Chinese market. To address this, the brand aimed to increase brand awareness and attract consumers to follow its official Weibo account.
Objectives
○ Establish Brand Awareness in China to make Dutchmill more recognizable.
○ Increase Weibo Official followers.
Scope of Work
○ Developed Artwork & Always-On Content (AWO) to promote the brand and educate consumers about the products.
○ Launched engagement-driven activities to boost audience interaction.
○ Implemented Organic Growth strategies on Weibo and Baidu to expand the follower base and reach more consumers.
Scope of Work
Achieved 166.67% of the targeted Weibo follower growth, exceeding expectations.
