Objectives

○ Raise brand awareness and educate Chinese consumers about premium golden-hued bird’s nest.

○ Boost product sales in the Tmall store through social media engagement.

Scope of Work

○ Managed Always-On Content (AWO) on Weibo and Xiaohongshu.

○ Organized product giveaway campaigns on Weibo and Xiaohongshu to enhance engagement.

○ Launched and managed a Douyin account to expand audience reach and target potential customers.

○ Increase brand visibility and maintain consistent sales in China.

○ Utilize Live-streaming and Campaigns to attract new customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Scope of Work

○ Launched and managed the Scotch store on Tmall Global, highlighting premium health benefits and high-quality ingredients.

○ Participated in 90+ promotional campaigns, including major sales events such as 11.11, to maximize revenue.

○ Conducted 86+ Live-streaming Sessions with KOLs to boost engagement and build consumer trust.

○ Implemented Bundled Deals and Limited-Time Discounts to attract customers and drive purchase motivation.

Results

Successfully participated in 90+ promotional campaigns on Tmall, along with 86+ Live-streaming Sessions featuring KOLs to educate consumers and generate buzz. The campaign effectively highlighted the value of premium golden-hued bird’s nest, increasing brand awareness and customer understanding of the product’s unique benefits.
